Carbon cartridges utilize activated carbon to remove contaminants that affect taste and odor
and chlorine. Dual purpose cartridges effectively reduce sediment and particulates, as well as
bad taste, odor and chlorine from potable drinking water. Premium quality carbon cartridges
incorporate additional features such as, removal of chemicals, cryptosporidium and giardia
cysts and lead. Estimated flow rates listed on our technical data pages are based on water
pressure of 60 psi.

Never use with Atlantic H2O carbon cartridges with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of
unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Also, please note
that the contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this product are not
necessarily present in your water.
